For family-law practices

Your client arrives with their record already organised.

Your clients keep their co-parenting record on Coparity — the schedule, messages, expenses, documents and the notes they make as things happen. With their permission, your practice sees it read-only, and when they need you they can hand you a clear brief rather than a bag of screenshots.

What your practice gets

Less time gathering, more time advising.

  • Every client in one place

A practice view of each family you work with, with what has changed since you last looked and what is waiting on you.

  • The client’s own record, read-only

Exactly what your client sees: the agreed schedule, messages, expenses and documents. Nothing the other parent keeps private, and no way to act as your client.

  • A brief, not a shoebox

Key dates, documented patterns, documented impact on the child and three ranked exhibits — built by your client and fixed when they share it.

  • A private line to each client

A thread only the two of you can read, with any record or the case attached.

  • Your whole team

Invite colleagues into the practice. Everyone sees the same client files, and removing someone ends their access at once.

Your client stays in control

Their record, shared on their terms.

  • Your client accepts the invitation; a practice can never add itself to a family.
  • They can end your access at any time, and it ends immediately.
  • The other parent never sees your notes, the case or your conversations.
  • A parent’s private Moments and Reflections are never shown to anyone — including you.

How it starts

  1. 01

    Set up your practice

Name the firm and your regulator. You can add your client list straight away.

  2. 02

    We check you

A person at Coparity confirms the practice, usually within a working day. No client is contacted before then.

  3. 03

    Invite your clients

Each client sees exactly what you would be able to see before they decide. They start with a 14-day free trial.

Pricing

£6

per live client a month

Only for clients whose access is active. Colleagues are free, and you never pay for a family’s own plan.

Founding practices: the first 20 practices we approve pay nothing for 12 months.

Set up your practice

Is this legal advice, or a court bundle?

Neither. Coparity is a record your client keeps and a brief they choose to share. The AI offers guidance and suggests; your client decides what goes in, and you advise. Nothing on Coparity predicts an outcome.

Where is the data, and who can see it?

Hosted in the EU (Ireland). A family’s shared record is visible to the two parents and to the representatives each parent invites. Your practice sees one client’s side, read-only, for as long as that client allows.

Do you pay us, or send us clients?

No. We never pay a practice for bringing clients, and we don’t sell placement in the firm search parents use. You invite your own existing clients.

What do our clients pay?

Coparity is billed per family space: a 14-day free trial, then £12 a month, shared by both parents. Your practice’s seats are separate.
